A qualified architect with over 17 years’ experience, Laura has responsibility for the Scottish business. She works with our multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects across a wide range of sectors in Scotland, including defence, aviation, life sciences, public and power.
Laura has a passion for people. She is currently the chair of the company’s diversity and inclusion group, BakerHicks Belonging, and is also a member of Women in Property. For clients, she takes time to get to know their needs, enabling us to deliver technically excellent and sustainable designs in line with their vision.
